Nombekela Enterprise is a Civil Engineering Company trading under the registered name of Bukali Transport and Civil which was established in year 2013, and started aggressively trading in 2017. The company is specialising in Civil Engineering and General Building construction for clients in the Commercial, Residential and Governmental sectors with a keen interest in property development and investment.
As a 100% black owned and managed company, Nombekela Enterprise is committed to the principles of broad based black economic empowerment and strives to address the challenges of youth unemployment and skills development.

Management And Ownership
Lunga Bukali is the founder and managing director for Nombekela Enterprise and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company since its formation. He has a Civil Engineering Diploma and Baccalaureus Technologiae specialising in Transportation Engineering from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining a BSc (Hons) degree specialising in Transportation Technology/Planning from the University of Pretoria.
He developed his design, construction and project management experience through various multimillion municipal infrastructure projects around South Africa with the specific disciplines being mainly: Roads and stormwater networks, Water and Sewer network, and Immovable Asset management. He has extensive site supervision experience in working part time and full time on site on various projects in well-respected organisation such as Aurecon and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research.
Nombuyiselo Molise is the executive director for Nombekela Enterprise and brings in a vast knowledge and expertise in her field of work along with the management acumen. She has an Environmental Heath Diploma and Baccalaureus Technologiae specialising in Environmental Health. She has conducted health surveillance of premises outlining the building plan scrutiny, commenting and participating on Environmental Impact assessments. Assessing aspects such as ventilation and indoor air quality, lighting, moisture –proofing, thermal quality, structural safety and floor space.
In water quality monitoring, she ensures implementation of the water quality strategy which calls for monitoring and sampling of water intended for use for human consumption and for recreational and commercial use. The waste management aspect ensures the proper refuse storage, collection, transportation, transfer and processing, materials recovery and final disposal. Ensuring proper management of liquid waste including sewage and industrial effluents.
In the mining sector, she is responsible for planning design, implementation and management of mine ventilation control systems, occupational hygiene systems and the generation and application of code of practices and standard instructions.
